We firmly believe we are the most cost efficient energy assessors in the region, as we couple our commitment of keeping EPC certificate prices low, with our M.E.C promise of providing you with your energy performance overview the very same day - others will tell you, that's tough to beat!
Where others will charge per bedroom, or depending on the value of your property, at M.E.C it's as simple as our service. All EPCs are for a fixed price of just £65 - others will tell you, thats also tough to beat! But that's it. That's everything you will pay. Beware of others who show cheaper, but fail to tell you about lodgement fees, and VAT.
